SOME WONDERFUL NEWS FROM HUNGARY
the choir The Concentus Novus Kamarakórus choir from Szeged has written to me:
Dear Sir,
We are delighted to send you details of our concerts in North Macedonia:
Our choir went on tour 5–10 August 2026.
- 6 August 2026 – Ohrid: We had the great honour of leading the Holy Mass (celebrated by the Bishop) and of giving a concert in the Catholic Church of Saints Cyril and Methodius and Saint Benedict.
- 8 August 2026 – Kruševo: We performed at the “Hungarian Day” event, as part of the “10 Days of the Republic of Kruševo” festival, under the patronage of the Hungarian Embassy, Teleház Macedonia and Kruševo Town Council.
- 9 August 2026 – Skopje: We sang during Holy Mass, which was also celebrated by the Bishop in the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (Sacred Heart Catholic Church), where his pieces were met with tremendous success and great acclaim.
On these occasions, we performed the following pieces by him with great delight:
- Cantate Domino
- Most Merciful Virgin Queen Mary
- Pater Noster (2013)
- Hail Mary
- Alma Redemptoris Mater
